Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of UI / UX solutions for the modernization of the Operations Workstation and related brokerage tools.
- Expertly translate complex brokerage workflows (, corporate actions, corrections) into intuitive UI designs that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and operations users, to gather requirements and conduct in-depth usability testing.
- Architect and build reusable UI components using frameworks such as Angular, React, or , ensuring adherence to Fidelity’s design system.
- Mentor junior developers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in UI / UX design practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Must have good experience with Angular, CSS, HTML, Strong Engineering principles.
- years of experience in UI / UX design and front-end engineering, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Advanced proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or , with a deep understanding of design systems.
- Proven experience in leading usability testing and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
