Senior Web Developer
Fox Rothschild – Medford, MA
As a member of the Information Services Department, the Senior Web Developer plays a critical role in the full web development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for web projects and applications.
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality and stability.
Lead and support deployment of web applications to development, staging, and production environments.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation; ensure database performance and reliability.
Maintain documentation for code, systems, and processes.
Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required; education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 7 years overall experience as a Web Developer; proven senior developer experience required.
Strong experience with server‑side languages such as C#, .NET.
Experience with web server management and deployment; proficiency with front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular).
Solid understanding of SQL Server database; familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred; experience integrating APIs and third‑party services preferred.
Benefits
Competitive salary range: $145,000.00–$155,000.00 annually.
