We are looking for a marketer to build and grow our census in the Brewster, NY area.

Pay range

This range is provided by Castle Rock Home Care. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, adult homes, shelters, and senior housing.
• Developing a network of referral sources.
• Obtaining enrollment information.
• Assisting members in obtaining doctor’s orders.
• Assisting members with enrollment appointments.
• Identifying and marketing to seniors and disabled persons and to buildings that serve such populations.
• Conducting presentations to consumers and professional groups.
• Marketing to Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries.
• Developing and maintaining new referral sources and/or partnerships in the community.
