Base pay range $25.00/hr - $37.00/hr Consultant Engagement Lead & Professional Recruiter User Experience Designer (Mid-Level) We’re looking for a thoughtful and collaborative User Experience Designer to help shape how users interact with our digital products. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences and want to grow your skills in a supportive, cross-functional team, this could be the perfect next step in your career. What You’ll Do As a UX Designer, you’ll contribute to the design and improvement of websites, apps, and tools that are used by thousands. You’ll work closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our products are not only functional—but delightful to use. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. Recommending design improvements based on data and user behavior. Designing and refining parts of the user experience for both new and existing products. Collaborating with developers and fellow designers to bring ideas to life. Supporting the design process from concept to implementation on moderately complex projects. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human Factors, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in UX design or research. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Experience with user research methods and data analysis. Strong communication skills—you can clearly explain design decisions and collaborate across teams. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
