Location: Salt Lake City, UT • Duration: Contract, 4-6+ months, possible long-term • Start Date: ASAP • Pay Range: $35-45/hr DOE • Hybrid work schedule
Job Responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of structural project design detail engineering and provide technical support during construction and commissioning.
Experience in the design of industrial facilities with knowledge of applicable industry standards and codes (ASCE, AISC and ACI).
Experience in petrochemical, pipeline and/or mining industries is a plus.
Qualifications
Engineering Design Technology Degree, specializing in Structural design or similar degree.
Experience using AutoCAD. Revit or other 3D software is a plus.
5-15+ years experience in heavy industry, including concrete foundations and flatwork, building design, heavy structural steel such as platforms and large equipment support structures.
