As Senior Associate/Product Manager – Creative Production Capabilities, you’ll serve in a dual-hat role: owning the creative production capability roadmap while acting as an embedded expert within agile pods to accelerate asset creation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
You’ll define and manage tools, templates, and workflows that support efficient creative development across channels. This role is central to enabling intelligent, modular content experiences that drive member engagement and operational efficiency.
This role supports the development of creative production capabilities, including asset workflows, template management, and integration with content and orchestration platforms. You’ll collaborate with brand, creative, compliance, and technology teams to ensure assets are reusable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities Capability Ownership & Roadmap Development
Define and evolve the product roadmap for creative production capabilities, including platform features, asset workflows, and template libraries
Manage tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Adobe GenStudio to support scalable asset creation and reuse
Partner with brand and creative teams to implement modular content strategies and standardized design systems
Establish and promote best practices for version control, accessibility, and rights management
Support integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and orchestration tools to enable seamless asset delivery across channels
Embedded Pod Support & Cross-Capability Coordination
Act as embedded support in agile pods, advising on creative feasibility, platform capabilities, and production workflows
Partner with other capability owners (e.g., DAM, content management, personalization engines) to ensure creative assets are optimized for reuse and delivery
Collaborate with compliance and accessibility teams to ensure creative outputs meet regulatory and inclusive communication standards
AI Enablement & Innovation
Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to evaluate and operationalize GenAI-assisted creative production, including automated asset generation and optimization
Stay ahead of emerging trends in intelligent design systems, adaptive content, and creative automation
Contribute to experimentation and innovation efforts that enhance creative efficiency and member experience

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Design, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in creative operations, product management, or MarTech
Hands‑on experience with creative production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or GenStudio
Demonstrated success in roadmap development, workflow optimization, and capability enablement
Experience working in agile environments, ideally within a dual-hat or embedded pod model
Strong understanding of creative governance, accessibility standards, and asset lifecycle management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with modular content strategies and design systems
Exposure to Next Best Action (NBA) engines and real‑time decisioning
Understanding of AI/ML-driven creative automation, including GenAI‑assisted asset creation
Experience with scaled agile frameworks and cross‑functional product collaboration
Background in platform governance, experimentation, and capability innovation
Interest in emerging technologies such as GenAI, intelligent automation, and adaptive design systems
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours 40
Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $104,000 - $143,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
