Our US studio, located in San Francisco, is seeking an aspirational designer who is excited to lead and manage impactful interior design projects while helping to grow our US Interior Design Practice.
How you’ll make a difference
Lead all phases of the interior design process from concept to completion
Prepare schematic and conceptual design drawings, space plans, and presentation materials
Lead and mentor project teams across multiple projects and phases
Manage project scope, schedule, fee, and resourcing with a proactive, hands‑on approach
Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior design
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and construction standards
Specify and document FF&E selections, materials, and finishes
Oversee procurement, installation, and punch‑list resolution
Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships and act as primary point of contact
Contribute to business development efforts and studio growth strategy
Participate in studio culture, leadership meetings, and mentorship initiatives
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
12+ years of experience as an interior designer in the commercial, institutional, workplace, hospitality field, with strong knowledge, creativity, and experience of the design process
A strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and project leadership
Proven experience managing design teams and client relationships
NCIDQ certification preferred
Skilled in Revit (required)
Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino proficiency preferred
A comprehensive knowledge of building codes and construction regulations
Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and FF&E documentation
Experience coordinating across disciplines, consultants, and vendors
Experience leading a multidisciplinary team, establishing deliverables, schedules, time and fee management
Motivated, accountable, collaborative, and passionate about design’s impact
Ability to balance strategic thinking with design excellence
