Our technology client is seeking a data-driven marketing professional to lead the development and execution of lead generation strategies that support new customer acquisition and drive growth within the existing customer base. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic marketing to identify high-value opportunities and guide sales efforts through actionable insights. This is a temporary/contract role and is based in Dallas, TX (5x per week, on-site).
Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy: Design, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention goals
Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, manage, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, revenue opportunities, and recommend next-best actions for sales teams
Market Research: Conduct research studies to assess market share, campaign performance, customer behaviors, and product feasibility
Reporting and Communication: Develop clear, insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with marketing leadership to inform strategy, refine campaign targeting, and align initiatives with business objectives
Cross-functional Consultation: Advise teams on marketing opportunities, campaign optimization, and improvements to marketing analytics processes
Ongoing Support: Monitor market trends, conduct customer segmentation, journey mapping, and support other research and analytics tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Able to work on-site (5x per week) in Dallas, TX
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, lead generation or business intelligence, preferably in a B2B or tech environment
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and communicate them clearly
Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at various levels
Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategy and optimization
Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and analytics teams
