We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Trade Marketing Coordinator

to support the execution of retail marketing strategies and activations for a portfolio of prestige beauty brands. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong data and process mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and in-store excellence. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring flawless retail execution — from planogram development and visual merchandising to custom shop activations — driving both sales performance and brand visibility across key retail partners.

$39/hr - weekly pay Through 2025 for now with possible extension

Key Responsibilities Project & Data Management

Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all workstreams are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Build and manage accurate data files, ensuring information integrity across merchandising and trade systems.

Track budgets, expenses, and forecasting for all merchandising initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Create, update, and organize planograms and display schematics for the West Coast business unit’s luxury beauty portfolio.

Coordinate cross-functional input for merchandising briefs, SKU listings, and coding requirements.

Support the production and delivery of display materials, ensuring brand standards and visual excellence in every retail environment.

Visual Merchandising & POS Activation

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling in-store presentations that elevate brand storytelling and consumer engagement.

Manage fixture and display orders, including factices and DMI-produced visual elements, ensuring timely delivery and installation.

Track, analyze, and report on visual merchandising performance to inform future optimizations and best practices.

Custom Shop & Retail Partner Initiatives

Manage bespoke shop needs and custom planogram development for top retail partners, including department stores and specialty beauty retailers.

Oversee special projects and tailored in-store activations designed to drive premium brand visibility and consumer conversion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or retail operations — ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with proven ability to manage complex data sets and project timelines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with merchandising systems or planogram tools a plus.

Analytical thinker with a creative eye and passion for the beauty industry.
