Learning Experience Designer, WW Inclusion and Diversity

Contract position based in Cupertino, CA.

Description As a Learning Experience Designer, you will design and build the learning experiences that help Client employees create a more inclusive workplace. You’ll transform complex topics into simple, engaging content that resonates across cultures and inspires action. Responsibilities

Create learning experiences that inspire Client employees worldwide to build a more inclusive culture

Design and develop from start to finish a range of learning materials, including interactive eLearning modules, web‑based resources, and guides

Use modern authoring tools and design software to create polished, user‑friendly, and accessible learning content

Collaborate with subject matter experts to script, storyboard, and visualize learning content that is relevant and impactful

Incorporate feedback from key stakeholders, partners, and learners to ensure all content meets Client standards

Support maintenance of our library of inclusion learning resources, ensuring content remains current and effective

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience developing learning content

Experience using modern authoring tools (e.g., Saba, Articulate Rise/Storyline)

Experience creating people‑skill‑based learning experiences for adults

Knowledge of inclusion and belonging concepts

Knowledge of adult learning theory and design

High attention to detail and quality

Ability to write clearly and simply

Preferred Qualifications

Can balance competing priorities and multiple stakeholders to deliver results on time

Comfortable building rapport across different levels, cultures, experiences, and communication styles

Inclusive thinker who proactively finds ways to integrate diverse perspectives into your work

Can adapt to changing priorities and proactively find solutions to move projects forward
