Director, Ignite and Field Marketing Paid Media
Lead the global strategy and performance of the assigned paid media channels. Your day to day Develop, deploy, and manage all IHG Ignite and Field marketing paid media programs (metasearch, sponsored placements, affiliate program, OTA Biasing, etc) and services for all Company brands worldwide. Recruit, manage, direct and own the paid media relationships while delivering incremental profit to the company. Focusing on driving revenue through lower funnel paid media channels and tactics. Manage and develop all Ignite and Field marketing paid media operations and business strategies to drive business efficiencies. Manage day-to-day media agencies as it relates to planning and executing of Ignite and Field marketing paid media. Regional/Global lead and owner of Paid media programs and channels. Subject matter expert internally and externally to vendors Communications development, strategy, implementation, and ongoing educational ownership for all Paid Media channels and programs Monitor industry legislator and provide POV and expert insight to internal teams and IHG direction. Plan, organize, control and lead marketing functions for the channel subordinate functions within established budgetary plans; establish goals, performance standards, and operating procedures for assigned functions. Participate in creation of department staffing and capital budgets. Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated effective influencing & consensus building skills for the purpose of partnership and relationship building with key in- & external stakeholders Media Measurement: driving media performance through marketing analytics What we need from you Bachelor’s Degree Required, master’s degree is a plus 10+ Years in a leadership role (hiring, coaching, developing, etc) 10+ Years in marketing planning and planning (Digital and Traditional) Understands full funnel marketing ecosystem and MarTech Innovative and creative thinker balanced with fresh, big picture thinking Organizational leadership and team development (leads through influence) highly analytical & strategic thinker that is curious and pushed the boundaries Drives for results in prioritized manner Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $120,000.00 to $155,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
