Paid Search Media Specialist As a Paid Search Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and channels targeting our B2B prospects and customers. This position is virtual/remote, and can be completed from anywhere within the United States, except Hawaii or United States Territories.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with B2B objectives, including lead generation and brand awareness.

Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Ads.

Work with creative teams to create compelling ad copy, designs, and formats that resonate with the B2B audience.

Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific B2B customer segments.

Evaluate media spend and provide optimization recommendations, including ongoing bidding optimization.

Conduct A/B tests on bidding strategies, new campaigns, keywords, ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve click‑through and conversion rates.

Monitor campaign performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities for audience and keyword targeting improvements.

Generate regular reports on paid media campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders.

Ensure all ad campaigns comply with relevant advertising regulations and industry best practices.

Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging ad technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of hands‑on experience executing digital ad campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Experience with analytics tools, including GA4 and Adobe Analytics.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven decision‑making focus.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross‑functional teamwork.

Understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification on relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics).

Experience managing external agencies for omnichannel media campaigns.

Compensation Expected base range: $55,000 – $90,000, depending on experience and education.
