About the Role This mid-level position within IOA’s National Operations team involves providing high-quality rating and marketing support to agents and account teams across IOA locations. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, technically proficient, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Opportunities for professional growth are available.
Key Responsibilities
Support agents and teams with rating and marketing tasks.
Quote and bind coverage with multiple carriers.
Build relationships with carrier underwriters.
Stay informed on carrier updates and changes.
Research and apply marketing solutions.
Assist internal teams with coverage and procedures.
Rate new business, remarket renewals, process endorsements.
Maintain knowledge of proposal formats.
Improve rating and marketing procedures.
Support sales growth opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure service quality.
Provide backup support to team members.
Participate in training and professional development.
Demonstrate integrity and leadership in line with IOA values.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to handle high work volumes accurately.
Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
High School diploma required.
