As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM **What You'll Do:**

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees regarding security-related matters.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed during incidents at the location.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
