As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within tech, media, telecom, and logistics environments. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and provide exceptional customer service. You will interact with employees and visitors, address inquiries, and maintain a visible presence to support a secure environment. Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM **What You'll Do:**

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner, offering assistance and information as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities according to site and Allied Universal procedures.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and report potential hazards or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with site management and emergency responders as needed to support site operations and emergency response activities.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
