- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by site policies.
- Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff to support a secure environment.
- Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as directed by site guidelines.
- Support Allied Universal and client management in carrying out additional security-related duties as assigned.

- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
