Role Overview We’re looking for a social coordinator to help us build a content factory and an engaged social community for our brand. This role will support day-to-day social execution, community management across all platforms, and content creation – the ideal candidate is someone comfortable with content creation and proficient with creation tools who can act as a content creator themselves. This candidate is scrappy, highly creative, culturally aware, trend driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across social platforms (IG, TikTok, Snapchat, YT)
Assist in creating content (short-form video, photography, copywriting) aligned with brand voice and at times, featuring themselves on Khloud social channels
Monitor trends and proactively pitch new ideas (expected daily/weekly) to keep Khloud culturally relevant
Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community
Track social performance metrics and report insights to the marketing team weekly
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in social media, ideally in CPG, food, or lifestyle brands, or as an influencer/creator themselves
Strong understanding of
TikTok & Instagram trends
and creator culture, and highly attuned to cultural trend and nuances
Hands-on content creation skills (shooting, editing, basic design)
Excellent copywriting and community engagement instinctsHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables at one and moving fast in a startup environment
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate with a high level of discretion.
