Job Summary
Our Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all paid digital marketing efforts, including Meta, Google, affiliate marketing, and emerging paid channels. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness across ecommerce channels. They will also lead the relationship with our external media agency to ensure flawless execution, alignment with business goals, and continuous performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and affiliate networks to achieve ecommerce growth targets.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, ROI-positive, and aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the paid media agency, ensuring timely campaign launches, optimizations, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Monitor campaign performance closely, using KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Email) to develop and deliver assets and messaging strategies that maximize paid media effectiveness.
Own the paid media budget, forecast spend and performance, and proactively manage pacing to maximize efficiency and results.
Research and test new paid channels and opportunities (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest Ads, CTV, emerging affiliate partners) to identify scalable acquisition opportunities.
Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager on promotions, product launches, and onsite activities to ensure full-funnel alignment between paid efforts and ecommerce initiatives.
Report on paid media performance weekly and monthly, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to ensure Tata Harper Skincare remains a leader in the digital space.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within DTC ecommerce, beauty, skincare, or luxury consumer goods.
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and affiliate network management.
Experience managing external media agencies or in-house media teams.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reporting, Looker Studio, or similar platforms).
Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs and how paid media impacts the full customer journey.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
