Position Overview As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will help manage the credit union’s brand by using digital marketing and data analysis to promote products and services, increase membership, and enhance community engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Create high‑quality graphics for all media to promote credit union goods and services.

Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and the Marketing & Communications Director to develop digital marketing strategies that achieve membership growth, account penetration, and brand awareness.

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engine marketing, pay‑per‑click, and other digital channels to attract and retain members.

Analyze campaign effectiveness by providing key metrics and data analytics.

Develop engaging content and assist with website management, using analytics to optimize page and product placement; work with vendors to improve the member website experience and drive traffic.

Support member onboarding and communications by creating and sending e‑mails and newsletters.

Generate creative concepts for marketing assets such as digital marquee, AdQuests media content, print signs, posters, and product placement advertising.

Analyze and refine core audience insights and profiles to build brand loyalty and member retention, creating content for specific target market demographics with digital targeting partners.

Proof all marketing, communications, and website information for accuracy, compliance, and detail.

Assist the Marketing & Communications Director with events to engage staff, members, potential members, and industry professionals.

Build strong relationships with community members, influencers, brand advocates, and employees to foster loyalty and drive advocacy.

Perform other duties as requested.

Job Specifications Education College degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred. Extensive practical experience in these work areas may be acceptable in lieu of a formal degree.

Experience & Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other content creation software. Graphic design experience in a business environment and knowledge of social media content creation is required. Public speaking and business presentation experience are preferred.

Physical, Mental, & Visual Requirements The role requires accurate visual observation for graphic design and other computer work. Independent mobility is required to visit branch office locations, vendors, and community events as needed. Must be able to drive a vehicle and lift 40 pounds.

Other A valid Tennessee driver’s license is required as the position may involve use of a company car or personal vehicle.

Personal Qualifications The applicant should exhibit strong personal initiative, professionalism, and a professional appearance. Strong organizational skills are necessary to effectively manage time and resources.
