Public Relations Manager
to lead all brand communications, media relations, and promotional initiatives for a premier hospitality group. This individual will be responsible for shaping the brand voice across traditional and digital platforms, driving press coverage, and executing creative campaigns that highlight our properties, dining concepts, and guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual (Japanese/English) PR professional who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments and understands the art of crafting stories that inspire travelers, guests, and partners alike.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement public relations and communication strategies aligned with the company’s hospitality brand vision.
Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and crisis communication, ensuring consistent messaging across all markets.
Plan and execute social media and digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
Organize and manage events, product launches, and brand activations that drive awareness and engagement.
Build partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and tourism organizations to strengthen brand visibility.
Develop and mentor the PR team, including the Assistant PR Manager.
Collaborate closely with headquarters and global offices to coordinate PR strategies, translation needs, and brand standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing within hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands.
Strong background in media relations, brand strategy, and digital marketing.
Proven leadership experience managing teams or assistant-level staff.
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (business level required).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multicultural and international teams.
Strategic and creative mindset with a hands‑on approach to execution.
