Cadence Technology Services is a nationwide telecommunications firm specializing in voice and data infrastructure, hardware, and provisioning solutions. We’re growing quickly and looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an onsite position based in our Town and Country, MO office.
If you’re highly organized, outgoing, and love making things run smoothly, this role could be a great fit. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our sales team, providers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and ensure a fantastic customer experience.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Oversee project development from conception to completion
Interfacing with carriers / vendors
Scheduling of third parties / vendors
Customer communication and updates
Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installs
Educate and elevate: Help our customers understand the technology available to them and how to best leverage it for their needs
Manage complex tasks that require independent problem solving within a provided framework
Document services and installations by keeping accurate records
Travel to client sites to meet third party vendors and ensure a smooth installation
Participate in installs and onsite project implementation
Conduct troubleshooting of technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them
Provide backup support to our help desk
Complete other duties as assigned
What you bring to the table
Strong customer service and communication skills - both oral and written
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Operating Systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams including Teams voice and video conferencing
Technical aptitude with proficient PC literacy skills
Strong problem‑solving skills and decision‑making ability
Ability to multitask at a high level while managing your time wisely
Willingness to learn and apply technical information in a fast‑paced work environment where priorities may constantly change
Enthusiasm and desire to learn
Work well in a team environment
CompTIA A+ Certified IT Technician preferred, but not required
Education High school diploma or equivalent
