About The Role As a Producer with Acast Creative Studios, you'll be dedicated to a daily women's sports podcast. You'll be an integral part of the team that produces 5 interview‑style episodes each week featuring athletes, coaches, reporters, and celebrity fans.

Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000/yearly

What You’ll Do

Provide hands‑on editorial direction for a daily women’s sports podcast

Write daily scripts, pitch segment ideas, provide guidance on interview questions, and fact‑check show documents

Identify and book guests, and coordinate all related logistics

Produce, sound design, engineer, and edit interview‑style podcast episodes

Occasionally appear on mic with host to provide commentary on women’s sports

Ensure show meets our high journalistic and creative standards

Work with marketing teams on show engagement and promotion, as needed

Keep track of upcoming events in the women’s sports world and maintain an evolving calendar

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3+ years experience in audio production

A track record of excellence in audio journalism

Strong understanding of the women’s sports landscape, star athletes, and major storylines

Experience managing production processes and working across departments

Organized and entrepreneurial

Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and to adhere to deadlines

Collaborative and creative thinker

Committed to uplifting underrepresented voices in media
