What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide dedicated analytical support to the CMO and U.S.-based marketing leadership
Analyze key marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the pipeline generation funnel
Proactively seek out new opportunities to improve and optimize marketing processes and funnels
Build and maintain data-driven presentations for various leadership meetings, including monthly marketing presentations and QBRs
Collaborate with the central analytics team to align on data sources and reporting standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience as a marketing or business analyst in a B2B/SAAS company, preferably with a focus on pipeline generation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Highly independent and proactive—a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and work closely with senior leaders without direct daily supervision
Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Experience working with a sales-led growth (SLG) model
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with crafting data stories and building presentations for leadership
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Understanding of marketing performance metrics and analytics
Knowledge of industry trends related to B2B SaaS marketing
