Pay Rate: $23-25 / hour on W2
Hours: 9AM to 5PM
Overview
The Marketing Communications Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs. Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for routine advertising, brochures, internet and intranet development, presentations and trade shows. Assists in preparing routine reports and documents to measure sales and promotional communication effectiveness. Assists in coordinating routine projects such as trade shows, awareness, and demand generation campaigns. Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department. Responsibilities
Assist Marketing Communications Manager in creating digital marketing materials such as flyers, white papers, videos, and PowerPoint presentations for current product portfolio and upcoming product launches. Maintain Customer Services USA Intranet and Internet using content management system and SharePoint tools. Manage operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners. Maintain content libraries and ensure usability for sales. Manage and execute internal communication projects such as internal newsletters. Track projects for the Marketing Communications department. Background
Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Experience with Microsoft 365 apps is a plus.
