Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to sales, account management, and marketing teams focused on employee benefits products, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports tracking production, retention, and revenue growth across brokers, territories, and specific benefit lines.
Create and distribute marketing dashboards using Excel and other tools to monitor KPIs.
Research and identify prospective brokers, agencies, and employer groups for targeted outreach and onboarding.
Support new broker onboarding with data setup, system training, and marketing collateral to ensure a smooth start.
Track and evaluate marketing campaigns, broker incentives, and enrollment initiatives, providing ROI analysis and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to design data-driven strategies for increasing participation rates in voluntary benefits programs.
Assist with enrollment season preparation, including campaign tracking, broker engagement reports, and territory readiness assessments.
Monitor large broker partner performance and develop quarterly scorecards to share with leadership.
Partner with sales and marketing teams on special projects to drive premium growth, retention, and new business acquisition.
Skills & Requirements
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within insurance or related industries.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
Experience tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and retention metrics.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
