We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. With a strong portfolio of successful projects and long-standing client relationships across diverse markets, our firm thrives on collaboration and innovation. Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and firm standards.
Direct programming sessions, develop conceptual and schematic designs, and present compelling design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Select and specify interior finishes, furnishings, materials, and artwork to achieve design intent and performance requirements.
Oversee the production of detailed interior architectural drawings and documentation, including plans, elevations, and specifications.
Manage construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, conducting site visits, and preparing punch lists.
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure cohesive design integration and technical accuracy.
Lead client meetings and presentations, serving as the primary point of contact to maintain communication and client satisfaction.
Mentor and guide junior design staff, fostering professional development and high-quality design outcomes.
Support marketing efforts through participation in presentations, proposal development, and client outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited program.
NCIDQ certification required; LEED AP credential preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design
Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
Strong technical and design skills with demonstrated experience across all project phases.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills with the ability to lead client meetings and manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional with a commitment to design excellence and client service.
