Located in Miami, FL, this Full‑Time, in‑house role with the Department of Marketing / Creative seeks a Senior Graphic Designer who brings an exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual storytelling within the luxury Ready‑to‑Wear space.
Key Responsibilities
Image Editing and Retouching
Own all retouching, color correction, and image manipulation across campaign, lookbook, and eCommerce assets.
Ensure all garment images are accurate to final production versions, reflecting true color, texture, and fit.
Maintain consistency in tone, lighting, and color across all visual platforms.
Uphold an exceptional standard of quality control across every post‑production deliverable.
Creative Direction
Research and pitch new creative concepts for upcoming campaigns and visual assets.
Continuously propose fresh typography treatments for newsletters, mailers, and digital content.
Stay up to date with all upcoming asset releases to ensure timely execution and readiness.
Review and present assets for management approval ahead of each weekly rollout.
Graphic Design & Brand Assets
Design visual assets for paid and organic advertising, eCommerce, in‑store materials, and all brand‑facing creative needs.
Create mailer layouts, marketing graphics, and promotional visuals that align with brand direction and seasonal campaigns.
Manage the creation, posting, and scheduling of Instagram content and stories in line with the approved content calendar.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touch points.
Own the creation and realization of digital line sheets for all collections, as well as physical look books and mailers for client distribution.
Photoshoot & Production Support
Collaborate with the Technical Production team on shot lists, scheduling, and styling direction.
Manage all post‑production workflows, including retouching coordination, file delivery, and archiving.
Properly log and organize all assets for easy access and reference.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design, photo retouching, and post‑production for luxury or RTW fashion brands.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, texture, and composition.
Proven ability to work under tight, high‑pressure deadlines, sometimes requiring late nights or weekends.
Excellent communication skills and ability to accept and apply feedback gracefully.
Meticulous attention to detail with an uncompromising eye for perfection.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
