Position Overview MPG is seeking a U.S.-based SEO Specialist (Contractor) to support our team on a project and/or hourly basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices, strong reporting capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive website audits and develop SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals. Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headers, keyword usage, and internal linking. Manage technical SEO aspects such as site structure, indexing, and page speed optimization. Execute link-building and content outreach campaigns. Develop and maintain performance dashboards (ideally white‑label capable) for ongoing client reporting. Stay current with search algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends. Present findings and recommendations directly to clients as needed. Required Skills & Experience 3–7 years of hands‑on SEO experience (agency or freelance). Strong understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools. Proven success driving measurable improvements in organic traffic and rankings. Excellent analytical, communication, and client presentation skills. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting platforms. Familiarity with schema markup, site migrations, and local SEO strategies.
