Responsibilities Partner closely with functional design experts and the business to develop brand design strategies across capabilities including product architecture, innovation pipelines, visual identity systems, design guidelines, packaging design, and structural design.
Lead and energize internal and external design resources from idea phase to commercialization, supporting brand strategy, retail marketing, social media, and brand experiences.
Collaborate with Marketing, operations, and sales teams to obtain knowledge of Customer/Brand Partner requirements.
Incorporate AI tools into workflows to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation across design processes.
Design Strategy, Design, and Innovation Create holistic elevated experiences that generate critical business value.
Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies across creative projects, overseeing them to completion.
Design Project Management Bridge creative vision with operational execution, partnering with Operations to align design strategies with logistical realities, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
Supporting the PepsiCo Design Organization in US Divisions Partner with PBUS Design, R&D, and marketing teams to cultivate an innovative and creative design culture in the US Divisions through talent development, creative leadership, and forward‑thinking solutions.
External Design Network Support the PepsiCo Design Organization in building and cultivating a strong external design network.
Compensation and Benefits Expected compensation range: $106,400 – $178,100.
Bonus based on performance: 12% of annual salary paid annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications 8+ years’ experience as a multidisciplinary designer taking projects from concept through completion.
Full‑time agency side and/or client‑side experience.
Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly software.
Willingness and ability to travel 15% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications Strong typography skills, conceptual design skills, and design strategy experience.
360 brand design experience (print, packaging, digital, environmental, experiential).
Demonstrated ability to generate high‑quality images, designs, animations, and motion graphics using AI‑powered tools and platforms, integrating them seamlessly into the creative workflow.
Extraordinary design taste and expertise with an excellent sense of design trends.
Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment with a start‑up mentality.
Strong stakeholder relationship management – effectively influence at all levels in the organization across regions and functions.
Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external business partners.
Collaborative and works well with others to deliver results; keep others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises.
Excellent time and project management skills to meet project deadlines.
