Chief Creative Marketing Officer (CCMO) Noblis is seeking a Chief Creative Marketing Officer to lead brand strategy and marketing innovation. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week at Reston VA headquarters. Responsibilities Shape and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy that elevates the company’s brand as a leader in science, technology, and innovation. Partner with the CEO, CGO, CTO and CXO to align brand narrative with corporate strategy, growth priorities and technology. Reimagine and amplify a mission‑driven brand known for scientific excellence, innovation, ethics and integrity; build and mentor a next‑generation marketing team fluent in AI‑driven content, experiential design and digital influence. Lead cross‑functional campaigns that translate complex technical concepts into accessible, inspiring messages for customers, partners, media and talent. Expertly apply marketing analytics, AI and automation tools to continuously optimize spend, reach and impact. Champion innovation marketing, thought leadership and brand differentiation in emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, cybersecurity, advanced analytics, etc.). Evolve and protect the corporate brand identity and powerhouse talent – ensuring consistency, modernity and alignment with science and technology leadership. Create compelling storytelling frameworks that humanize innovation, showcase mission impact and communicate value across civilian, defence and intelligence markets. Build a thought leadership platform that elevates executives and subject matter experts through white papers, podcasts, video series and keynote visibility. Partner with R&D and innovation teams to showcase technical achievements and translate them into market‑ready narratives. Lead the creation of multimedia content experiences – video, AR/VR demonstrations, interactive web assets – that bring science and technology to life. Experiment with new media formats (AI‑generated content, immersive storytelling, social video) to reach and engage modern audiences. Build a highly informed, inspired and connected workforce through strategic internal communications and employer branding. Develop campaigns that celebrate innovation, inclusion and corporate purpose. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment marketing and position the company as an employer of choice for top technical talent. Build and lead a high‑performing, digitally fluent marketing and communications organization. Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation and agility. Continuously scan the horizon for new trends, tools and technologies that can sharpen marketing impact. Required Qualifications 10–15 years of relevant experience in a highly creative and fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications, public relations or related field. Experience with high‑visibility public platforms and securing high‑profile speaking and engagement at marquee conferences, earned media, industry‑leading recognition opportunities and the creation of curated, thought leadership events. Modern aesthetic with strong design, web, and social presence that is visually and experientially consistent with a future‑forward S&T brand. Experience in government contracting. Experience with the following tools and platforms: Marketing automation and CRM. Digital analytics and AI. Social media management and listening. High‑fidelity multimedia content creation, design and collaboration. Multi‑channel digital experience design and SEO optimization. Event, webinar, and engagement. Internal communication and employer branding. Governance, project and budget management. Desired Qualifications Master’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field. AI literacy. Tech fluency. Media relations expertise. Change management expertise. Experience with mergers and acquisitions. Effective and persuasive communication and presentation skills. Storytelling, video workflows and multimedia content to align branding with digital campaigns. Experience building teams and driving enterprise‑wide initiatives. Business acumen, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, reliability and sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working with a federal government contractor is a plus.
