Overview Canopy Lawn Care is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support national and local marketing efforts across a wide range of digital, print, and grassroots channels. This in‑house role is based in Raleigh, NC and reports directly to the Head of Marketing. Primary Responsibilities Execute social media marketing plans and publish organic and paid campaigns across platforms using Canva, PromoRepublic, and Meta Business Suite. Support direct marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and seasonal promotions through email and SMS. Respond to franchisee requests, assist with campaign customization, and maintain consistency across all brand markets. Additional Responsibilities Design and develop marketing assets for digital, print, and social media. Track and optimize campaign performance using CallRail, Google Analytics, and NiceJob. Manage project workflows, maintain platform hygiene, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders. Who You Are You’re a motivated early‑career marketing professional with 1–3 years of experience looking to deepen real‑world skills in a hands‑on, multi‑channel environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 1–3 years of marketing experience (agency, in‑house, or internship). Strong communication, organization, and collaborative mindset. Experience creating visual content (social graphics, email templates, flyers). Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (PromoRepublic, NiceJob, ServiceMinder, CallRail). Bonus: Experience supporting multi‑location or franchise marketing teams. Interest in clean living, outdoor spaces, sustainability, or home services is a plus.
