Position Overview The Social Media Manager will work directly with our agents and leadership team to develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and digital content that reflects our brand values. You’ll play a key role in making sure our listings, office events, success stories, and community involvement shine online. Responsibilities Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Collaborate with agents to promote their listings, closings, and personal brands. Design and post engaging content, including images, stories, videos, and reels. Plan and maintain a content calendar for company-wide and agent-specific posts. Track engagement, growth, and performance metrics to improve results. Create campaigns for recruiting, community engagement, and client appreciation events. Stay up to date on social media trends, real estate marketing tools, and local happenings. Qualifications Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). Experience in content creation, copywriting, or graphic design (Canva or similar tools). Excellent communication and organization skills. Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
