2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Overview The Senior Manager, Sales Promotion Content, is responsible for crafting and executing targeted field promotion messaging and content strategies. As an experienced communicator with an understanding of field messaging, you will develop and implement promotional strategies for sales campaigns to support our insurance product suite, collaborating with key stakeholders to maximize reach and frequency across the field. Responsibilities Development of campaign and product promotion messaging Create communications for stakeholders, the national sales team, and the field to boost awareness and enthusiasm around sales and product content. Draft and execute comprehensive promotion plans that employ an integrated messaging approach across various channels, from stakeholder awareness to highly targeted advisor emails that highlight relevant sales ideas. Manage stakeholder communications to the national sales team and craft emails to engage targeted advisors. Lead content development and copywriting for a variety of projects and topics. Partner with key stakeholder teams, including strategic communications, to define sales promotional strategies, channels, and mixes for optimal reach and impact. Maintain copy guidelines and ensure a consistent tone of voice for field-facing messaging efforts. Oversee content and copy for the field intranet (Linknet) and internal stakeholder website (confluence), aligning with campaigns, product launches, product promotions, and sales ideas. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to draft campaign messaging frameworks for use in sales ideas, communications, and more. Build templates and resources to support national sales team outreach to advisors. Edit content and develop compelling narratives that emphasize the benefits for advisors. Evaluate content for gaps and identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 4-6 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in working with distribution channels such as Field personnel, Sales Representatives, Financial Advisors or similar. Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and be persuasive within all levels of the Home Office and Field. Demonstrated ability and experience with building PowerPoint presentations, including narrative development. Strong organization and leadership skills with proven experience in managing projects, systems, and/or processes. Ability to simplify concepts for easier advisor understanding. Must be able to influence without authority, requiring strong relationship skills across various department disciplines.
