About the Role

Teaching Artist at Celebrate the Beat (CTB). This full‑time role involves traveling to schools within Summit County to support our in‑school dance residencies. Teaching Artists assist Lead Teaching Artists in delivering high‑energy, engaging dance and music‑based classes to elementary students during CTB residencies, inspiring students through movement, creativity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist Lead Teaching Artists in planning and delivering dance and music classes, collaborate with school staff, and create an inclusive, energetic classroom environment that empowers students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Background in the arts or education
• Commitment to CTB’s mission of using dance to empower children
