Compensation Range: $80 - 85 per hour

Position: Associate Creative Director to support retail client’s Home Goods team with creative planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns. In this role you will blend leadership skills, strategy knowledge, and hands‑on creative expertise to create compelling assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, design, and execution for seasonal indicators and 360 campaigns for the Home category. Manage and collaborate on design aspects, partnering closely with copy and studio teams.
• Ensure all assets maintain brand consistency across all channels, upholding company brand guidelines while finding new innovative ways to capture consumer interest.
• Lead and mentor the team, providing creative direction and constructive feedback. Build and maintain relationships with cross‑functional team members in the in‑house studio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar title within the home retail industry, with 10+ years of experience in the creative field.
• Strong portfolio showing 360 creative projects.
• Proficiency in creative software and tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, Microsoft Office 365, and Slack.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
