We are looking for a Social Media Master to help us bring clarity, consistency, and connection across all our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, and possibly TikTok or LinkedIn
• Coordinate with our content creators
• Help shape and maintain a consistent voice and visual style
• Track engagement and tweak what’s working (or what’s not)
• Occasionally jump in to respond to comments or messages (nicely, always)
• Brainstorm seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and trends worth jumping on

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer or Hootsuite)
• Canva comfort (or at least willingness to tag-team with our designer)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to juggle a few things without losing the plot
• Deep belief in community, growth, and using social media for good
• Bonus if you’ve managed nonprofit or mission-based accounts before
