Position Overview
The Influencer & Campaign Coordinator will play a vital support role across both BMW Digital and Inspired Management helping to manage influencer campaigns, facilitate outreach, and ensure seamless execution from pitch to payment.
This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual passionate about the creator economy and digital storytelling. The role provides exposure to both agency and management workflows, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth in influencer marketing.
This is a freelance position jointly supported by both companies. The coordinator will dedicate approximately 40 hours per week (20 hours per company) and will report directly to leadership teams at BMW Digital and Inspired Management.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
- Start Date: Early November 2025
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
- Contract Type: Freelance
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Support influencer campaigns from outreach through completion, including contract tracking, deliverable timelines, and content approvals.
- Liaise between creators, brands, and agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage and update campaign trackers, calendars, and deliverable schedules.
- Compile post-campaign performance metrics and assist in developing recap reports.
Outreach & Research
- Identify, research, and pitch creators for new and ongoing brand opportunities.
- Conduct brand and agency research via LinkedIn, Apollo, and other industry databases.
- Maintain shared databases of brand contacts, PR agencies, and potential partners.
- Monitor influencer marketing and social trends to inform partnership strategies.
Creator & Administrative Support
- Assist in creating and updating media kits, one-sheets, and pitch materials.
- Coordinate product shipments, content submissions, and go-live approvals.
- Ensure invoices and payments are accurately processed and tracked.
- Provide weekly progress recaps and support both teams in day-to-day communications.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, or PR (internship or agency experience accepted).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional email etiquette.
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube influencer ecosystems.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Slack, and outreach software (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn).
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
