We’re seeking a Senior Media Director to lead client strategy and media planning for an independent media agency. This role requires both strategic vision and hands‑on experience across performance and brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and guide media strategy tied to business outcomes.
• Oversee planning and execution across paid social, programmatic, display, and video / CTV.
• Partner with analytics and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor and grow a team of media professionals.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in media / advertising with expertise in performance media.
• Proven experience leading multimillion‑dollar client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive‑level interactions.
• Experience with DTC, CPG, or retail media a plus.

• Salary range : $140,000-160,000
