Position Purpose
The Flight Club Senior Marketing & PR Manager will play a critical role in executing marketing and PR strategies across all Flight Club and Ace Bounce locations. The role will execute marketing and PR initiatives to support the event sales team, regional PR agencies, and venue management, and will also oversee media and collateral trafficking, programming & event management, and venue communications, all aimed at building brand awareness, generating reservations and events revenue, and building community partnerships at the national and local levels.
Position Responsibilities
- Support all marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and collateral to meet sales objectives and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with venue leaders to plan and implement local events and programming, ensuring marketing readiness and tailored support for each activation.
- Partner with venue leadership and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, toolkits, and outreach programs that drive private event, group, and corporate bookings.
- Serve as primary point of contact for local and regional PR agencies to implement local initiatives and align with national marketing strategies.
- Concept, plan, and market high-impact events and seasonal programming at national and local levels, providing on-site support and ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate local initiatives seamlessly across web, email, and social channels.
- Play a critical role in supporting new venue openings, from pre-launch campaigns to grand opening activations.
- Manage vendors and external partners to ensure all deliverables support marketing and PR strategies, on time and on brand.
- Collaborate with peers to surface local insights, share best practices, and drive incremental business through market-specific ideas and on-the-ground activations.
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing. Experience in “eatertainment” a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing plans and producing strong results vs. KPIs.
- Ability to execute within a fast-paced environment and deliver amidst demanding timelines.
- Highly analytically independent.
- Great storyteller.
- Proven track record of budget management.
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
