We’re seeking a UX Researcher with deep experience in AI-driven product design to help shape the next generation of personalized user experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on researcher eager to influence product direction in a high-growth, AI-first environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to uncover insights, test prototypes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations—ensuring our AI-powered tools feel effortless and intuitive for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research across AI-enabled product experiences.
- Design and execute studies, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and concept validations.
- Collaborate with AI and product teams to refine intelligent design and personalization features.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that guide UX and product strategy.
- Develop personas, frameworks, and research documentation to align teams around user needs.
- Partner with data science teams to integrate feedback into model and product improvements.
- Present findings to cross‑functional stakeholders, turning data into compelling user stories.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of UX research experience, ideally within eCommerce, consumer tech, or AI-driven products.
- Proven experience conducting end‑to‑end user studies—from scoping through analysis.
- Familiarity with AI and LLM-based tools, and how they shape modern UX.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence product and design decisions.
- Proficiency with research platforms such as Dovetail, Maze, UserTesting, and Figma.
- Degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design Research, or related field preferred.
