What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Pioneer and own the 3-5 year strategic vision and roadmap for the Video-Based Safety platform
• Set the technical direction for AI/ML systems, driving complex product-engineering efforts
• Influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams on resource allocation and strategic partnerships
• Mentor and coach other product managers and technical leaders across the Safety organization
• Define high-impact product opportunities by synthesizing market trends and customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience with a track record of defining and shipping multi-product strategies
• Prior experience shipping features that rely on Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or large-scale IoT data processing
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong technical acumen to lead discussions on model architecture and deployment
• Exceptional executive-level communication and presence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Deep understanding of data quality, labeling pipelines, and MLOps best practices
• Experience in a Principal PM, Group PM, or Director of Product role at a high-growth technology company
• Prior experience defining the product strategy for a SaaS product built on a hardware/software integrated system
