Job Title: Financial Advisor (Escalations & Client Services)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possibility of extension / conversion

Licenses Required: Active Series 7

Job Responsibilities

• Handle client escalations and provide accurate resolution to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized financial guidance and solutions.
• Assess client needs, financial goals, and risk tolerance to recommend suitable investment and financial strategies.
• Present recommendations to resolve moderately complex financial situations while exercising sound judgment.
• Educate clients on investment options, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, delivering an exceptional client experience.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Client Service roles.
• Active Series 7 (required).
• Strong communication, consultative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate financial concepts into clear recommendations for clients.
