Senior Event Marketing Manager Location
USA Base Pay Range
$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of a national portfolio of marketing events, including but not limited to trade shows, product launches, athlete tours, and consumer experiences. Develop and manage the event marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, cost-effectiveness, and a clear ROI measurement for all activities. Serve as the brand ambassador at events, ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience that deepens customer engagement and drives brand loyalty. Proven track record (5+ years) in successfully developing and executing large-scale, complex event marketing strategies, preferably within the sports, outdoor, or consumer electronics industries. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines, and with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors, inspire agencies, and present strategies to internal leadership. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. IT: High proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Contract Type
