You will collaborate with design and brand teams to create cohesive campaigns that capture the compassionate and scientific voice of the brand, while staying laser‑focused on driving conversions. You will write, edit, and proof high‑impact copy for promotional emails, newsletters, lifecycle flows, and triggered campaigns. You will ensure all copy adheres to industry best practices for subject lines, preheaders, calls to action, and compliance (FDA/FTC guidelines where applicable) and translate technical product and R&D information into clear, digestible, and engaging customer messaging. On the technical side, you will leverage Klaviyo to understand campaign setup, flows, and testing to better align copywriting with technical execution and use Figma to collaborate on email design and ensure copy fits layouts effectively.
