We are looking for a Paid Media Coordinator for a top media & entertainment client in NYC!
Responsibilities
Learn and assist the CTV Paid Media team in campaign planning with several major device partner platforms (Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Samsung, etc) to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, efficiency and retention
Ensure all campaigns are set up with proper creative assets and tracking to enable full campaign attribution and launch with flawless execution with no delays
Track partner performance of paid media campaigns daily, reporting on performance trends using granular insights and holding partners accountable for achieving KPIs
Own various essential tasks including budget management and reconciliation, tracking media plan changes, and sharing out campaign reports accurately and with attention to detail
Maintain media plan documentation, insertion orders, contact lists, post-launch proof of placement decks, etc. from the beginning through the end of the campaign lifecycle
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like testing, programmatic paid media, strategy and creative design to build campaign and creative recommendations
Document and distribute key meeting recaps, outlining action items and keeping all team members informed
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in digital, streaming and CTV spaces and apply knowledge accordingly
Responsible for compiling updates on partner capabilities and offerings through vendor contact and disseminating to the rest of the team, supporting CTV team in evaluating new, innovative ad products
Required Qualifications
1 year of professional work experience or internship; Digital Media Marketing internship experience preferred
Ideal candidate will have some experience with direct response campaigns
Proficiency in basic presentation and analysis tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Google suite)
Ability to manage confidential information
Highly analytical mindset, resourceful with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to take direction from multiple partners, balance numerous projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and optimally work in a fast-paced environment
Hardworking, proactive, eager to learn and willing to tackle new challenges
Well organized, with positive relationship-building and time-management skills
Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Sense of humor and desire to have fun
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience
Global/international media buying experience
