The Role We’re seeking a
Clinical Support and Marketing Specialist
to play a key role in connecting clinical excellence with community outreach and client engagement. This position supports the day‑to‑day operations of Medlin Treatment Center while developing and implementing marketing initiatives that promote growth, client retention, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, versatile, and skilled at translating clinical values into meaningful communication and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients with professionalism and empathy
Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
Support intake and onboarding, including scheduling, insurance verification, and collecting documentation
Maintain and update multiple systems, including EHR, CRM, billing, scheduling, communication platforms, and custom applications
Assist clinicians with scheduling coordination and operational matters
Track client feedback and service outcomes to support quality improvement
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote the practice’s services, clinicians, and special programs
Manage the practice’s brand and digital presence, including the website, Google Business Profile, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create digital content (posts, blogs, newsletters, flyers) that reflect the practice’s mission and tone.
Support community engagement through outreach to referral sources and related communities
Track engagement metrics (web traffic, social media reach, inquiries, and conversions) to inform future strategies.
Develop marketing materials that align with clinical ethics and brand standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, psychology or related field.
Prior experience in behavioral health, social services, or medical office administration preferred.
Strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple software systems simultaneously
Strong writing and communication skills; ability to convey sensitive topics with warmth and professionalism
Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, analytics software, email campaigns, etc.)
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
