Summary
General sales activities of food processing machines and accessories, primarily for rice products such as Sushi, Onigiri, and Bento. Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc. Visiting prospective customers and conducting sales promotions Preparing quotations and negotiating prices with customers Demonstrating machines in the showroom or at customer sites (may involve carrying heavy machines) Delivering machines and providing operation training upon delivery Providing after-sales support to customers Attending internal sales meetings Preparing sales activity reports for the manager Preparing in-house documents for machine shipments Assisting visitors at exhibitions Supporting technical team and other departments as needed Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience Business-level English required; Japanese language skills are a strong plus but not mandatory Proficient in basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination Willingness to travel (20~25% of the time) Interest in Japanese (food) culture
