The Job
Manage a portfolio of Publisher accounts and manage their relationships from post sale!
Working with Publishers on Programmatic Video Strategy
Collaborating with the likes of sales, Technical CSM\'s, Product and more to assist in on boarding publishers
Identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities across your book of business
You
At least 3 - 5 years CSM experience within an Ad Tech or media company
Must have managed publisher relationships in current or past roles
Knowledge of the digital and programmatic ecosystem
The ability to build lasting relationships as well as a commercial mindset for up-sells and cross sells
