Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role supports our project managers and ensures that restoration projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll coordinate project schedules, communicate with clients and vendors, and maintain accurate documentation. Paul Davis also has a dedicated Contents Division, which specializes in restoring personal belongings inside a property—such as furniture, electronics, clothing, and important documents—after water, fire, smoke, or mold damage. While this role does not manage contents directly, you’ll work alongside the contents team to ensure projects are fully coordinated. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project schedules, materials, and resources to support project managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding project updates. Communicate directly with customers, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the project. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and photos. Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. Assist with insurance communications and documentation as needed. Support the project management team with administrative tasks and reporting. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in project coordination, construction, restoration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits
