Sound Masking System Designer
to work within the Design & Quotation Department to design system layout, provide drawings, diagrams, and quotes for projects. This person reports directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Use AutoCAD to design system layout for sound masking, paging and/or audio systems
Develop Quotation for Customers
Communication with Independent Rep Firms and Customers on project design and solution concerns
Additional Responsibilities:
Candidate will serve as backup support in the Order Processing Department. These functions include:
Checking sales orders
Processing Sales orders
Processing RMAs
Requesting Certificate of Insurance
Successful candidates will possess the following skills/abilities:
Experience with AutoCAD, preferred
Technical / Engineering background to understand systems
Keen problem solver with strong motivation to impact positive results
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Passion for technology and innovation
This role can work in physical locations either in our Indianapolis, IN or Huntington, NY office, or may work remote.
